Title: Director of AI Workflow and Brokerage Systems
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX (on-site, Texas office)
Employment type: Full-time, W-2 from day one
Pay range: $135,000 to $165,000
The first 90 days: Introductory period at the posted pay. At day 90 we decide whether employment continues. That decision is mutual. Group health is included and follows the plan's normal waiting period.
We are a commercial real estate brokerage firm operating nationwide. You'll design workflows and systems, and then build them. This role owns how work moves through the company: Salesforce, data, marketing production, and AI. Commercial real estate can be learned here.
The point of the job is that data and work move cleanly, people can stay in Salesforce, and listings still ship. Custom software and durable integrations are how that happens. When the work is in the right place, the extra tools fall away. That shorter stack is the result, not the assignment.
Two Facets, One Job
Facet 1: Salesforce and AI
You'll own this work. The core of the job is to design and implement the next version: data feeds, matching rules, Flow and other automation, integrations, and AI in the UI so the team works in the org and the extra tools fall away.
You'll need ample experience in coding agents such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex, used on real files and real systems, inside a real project. ChatGPT or Claude in a browser, used only as a chat window, is not enough.
Salesforce admin is part of the job because you run the org yourself. That means objects, fields, validation, permissions, and Flow that can handle branching logic and variables. A click-only admin background, with no design and no build, is not this role.
You'll need working experience with git, Google Cloud Storage (GCS) or similar object storage, and APIs used to create data handshakes between systems. The job is durable integrations, not one-off exports.

Facet 2: Marketing
You'll run the day-to-day marketing workflows, but a core part of the job is to design and implement a successor that is simpler for the team and stronger underneath. A deal still needs an offering memorandum, a SendGrid blast, and a post on Crexi and LoopNet. Listings still have to ship during the rebuild.
Salesforce and Dropbox are the source. From there the shop still produces the OM (InDesign templates today, more AI-assisted later), the blast, the marketplace post, and the site update. Today that also uses make.com, WebMerge, Batch Data, Apify, Render, Adobe, and the website. The resume does not need every tool listed here. What is required is keeping today's process working and designing what it should become, including custom software we already run on Replit for documents and workflow.
Across both facets, about 60% of the time keeps today's paths working, and about 40% designs and ships the next ones. That split gets revisited at six months.

How We Hire
A short screen, then W-2 employment. The first 90 days are the evaluation. There is no unpaid exercise and no separate trial rate.
1. Screen (about 30 minutes)
Salesforce Flow and admin experience, how coding agents are used day to day, and a walkthrough of a branching workflow the candidate has actually built.
2. The first 90 days
You start full time, W-2, at the posted pay. Group health follows the plan's normal waiting period. The work is the job: Salesforce, listings, and the next version of the workflows. At day 90 we decide whether employment continues.
We look at whether data and work move cleanly, whether listings still ship, and whether changes are reviewed before they touch production.
