Salesforce Scrum Master
at Stealth Solutions, Inc.

This is a primarily remote position, but candidates must be willing to travel to the Washington, D.C. metro area to support occasional in-person client and team engagements.

Key Responsibilities 

1. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives 
2. Coach teams on Agile best practices and ensure alignment with client delivery frameworks 
3. Track team progress using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools 
4. Identify dependencies, risks, and issues; recommend mitigation strategies 
5. Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy and prioritized backlog 
6. Promote transparency through dashboards, burn-down charts, and status reports 
7. Support cross-team coordination across developers, architects, analysts, and QA 
8. Ensure sprint deliverables meet acceptance criteria and contract requirements 
9. Foster continuous improvement and a collaborative team culture 

Required Qualifications 

1. U.S. Citizenship required (due to federal contracting requirements)
2. Must be eligible to obtain a federal security clearance 
3. Bachelor’s degree 
4. 3+ years working as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery 
5. Proven experience supporting technical delivery teams 
6. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe 
7. Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills 

Preferred Qualifications 

1. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP 
2. Experience supporting Salesforce, CRM, or cloud modernization projects 
3. Experience supporting federal or public sector programs.
